Description
### Bug Description:
After starting of the extension with external server running, the views and status in status bar are populated properly. After killing of the external server, selecting file explorer and then trace explorer. Neither trace-server status in status bar shows not connected nor the welcome view is shown. I need to press refresh button to fix it.
### Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start external trace server
2. Open trace viewer
3. Stop external trace server
4. Select file explorer
5. Select trace explorer
### Additional Information
- Operating System: Ubuntu 22.04
- VSCode Version: 1.97.0
- Viewer version: 0.4.0
