Add descriptions as separate table row.

Browsing through registers is currently quite time consuming if you don't know exactly that you're looking for - to see what a register does, you have to hover over the row, wait for the tooltip to appear, and then you can read the description. Would be very nice if the descriptions could simply be shown inline in a separate table column.
