Add a new section on how to use the verbose mode in the readme

After some experimentation, it has been found out that the logging services used in the extension and adapter are quite solid. However, there is no documentation on how to use it.

I suggest that we add a section in the readme on how to use the verbose mode and mention it's capabilities such as:

1. the various verbosity levels
2. log file options

I believe this will prove useful for any future users
