Description
Users would want to create new materiallists right from the dropdown.
I would suggest using a `v-combobox` to accomplish this. For this, we need a new EComponent and ApiComponent.
After clicking on the "…Neue erstellen" (or by pressing enter) the familiar dialog should open with the search input already filled out.
