Reload target period if ScheduleEntry is moved to another period

When using the edit dialog on a schedule entry, and moving the schedule entry to another period (by selecting a start date in another period), the schedule entries of that new period are not reloaded if they were ever loaded before.

Reproduce the issue through the schedule entry edit dialog by moving an entry to a different period, including a period whose entries were loaded previously. Trace how the dialog's new start date selects the target period and how its schedule entries are refreshed. Done means the target period is reloaded after the move, including when it was previously loaded.
