Investigate recultivation protocol - How to link in BSD

In the DWG meeting, DSMZ mentioned a experiment in which a sample undergoes re-cultivation in wells and the samples that grow get sequenced.

We should look into the protocol (In the email, 06/02/2025, from lärs) and understand how to fit this in our BioSamples structure. The amount of wells is pretty big (They mentioned 1800 sequences), so it may be a stretch to link all those to the same sample, but it may also be a stretch to create a sample per well.
