Suggested checklist approval process:
1. add an approval status field
- what are the values? strt with unapproved, approved
2. new checklist versions marked as not approved
3. users can approve the checklist
- Who can approve? Is it all editors? an additional role?
4. record approval in the model: change status and record the approving user
