Description
There are a many places where both Java and Kotlin examples are provided. This is great! However there are a few places where there are no Kotlin examples provided. (I'll be updating this list as I discover them).

Start with the Java examples on the two linked documentation pages: https://ebean.io/docs/query/dtoquery and https://ebean.io/docs/query/select. Identify the places where Kotlin examples are absent and add corresponding documentation examples. Done means both pages provide Kotlin coverage alongside the existing Java examples.
