Description
So far I have been continuing to actively maintain broom.mixed. However, I wouldn't object to putting it into maintenance mode (probably not removing it from CRAN for quite a while) if it seems to be superseded by parameters.
Thoughts? Pros and cons?

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by reading the discussion and comparing the scope of broom.mixed with parameters; completion would require a maintainer decision about whether broom.mixed should enter maintenance mode, rather than a defined code change.
