Update QC metrics shown at top of the page

Currently the top of the page looks like

Add inputs to the app to take the purity and ploidy that's output by purple and display these.
Remove the "QC_FLAG", MSI and TMB

"CNV viewer (bars)" makes no sense - change this to something like Purple plotter or SV viewer
