Make plot interactive

Could the plot be made interactive so that someone can change parameters such as min depth and min quality and see updated plot without having to run a new job.

Start by locating the R entry point that generates the BAF and depth plot, then trace how min depth and min quality are supplied to the job. The work is done when users can change those parameters and see the plot update without running a new job; add or update tests if the project has coverage for plotting behavior.
