When viewing a file from a direct URL in IGV - add that URL to the display

Currently when you view a file loaded from a URL, the header shows as follows:

IGV browser for DIRECT URL
Using reference:
File ID: DIRECT URL

This isn't very informative, in contrast for the header shown when you search files without the URL, which is:

IGV browser for
Using reference:
File ID:

At a minimum, change the header for URL results, so it shows the actual URL. If it included the real file name that would be a bonus.
