Dev instance became not connectable. Cannot get to console, even though AWS says it's ok
Need to monitor

* admin (treafik)
* oss (aka minio)

* sched -- loose give 3 retries before alerting if possible.

if we can setup a process monitor, then can we see that the traefik container is running in `docker ps`
