We currently ask for 6 workspace parameters, 3 of them are for nbgrader.
The SURF Research cloud now has optional components, see https://servicedesk.surf.nl/wiki/spaces/WIKI/pages/17825812/Create+a+catalog+item#Createacatalogitem-Step1%3ASelectandordercomponents
By moving the nbgrader parameters to an optional component we have 3 workspace parameters and a checkbox for the nbgrader component
