Description
Allow grpc4bmi images to be run with [OCI Runtime Specification](https://github.com/opencontainers/runtime-spec). This could allow for rootless running of the models.
Direct [runc](https://github.com/opencontainers/runc) or via [podman](https://github.com/containers/podman) or wrapped with [udocker](https://pypi.org/project/udocker/)
