Description
In pcrglobwb and wflow, the model update loop prints date with -1 shift offset from the start day.
It might be related to model.get_time_units. There is a similar issue with lisflood; we set CalendarDayStart to the start day in the lisflood config file and the model update loop prints date with +1 shift offset from the start day.
