Add calibration module

For example, marrmot 14 and 28 calibration method uses [cma package](https://pypi.org/project/cma/) that can be installed using conda. I am not sure if the ewatercycle environment should include these kinds of packages. I think that users should install the packages needed for the optimization (calibration).
