Description
Description
After generating and uploading images via PhotoBuilder, it is difficult to locate the uploaded files in the Photo Library. There is currently no immediate feedback showing the file name or link after upload.
Current behavior
- User generates images in PhotoBuilder.
- User clicks "Hochladen".
- The upload completes.
- The image appears somewhere in the Photo Library.
- However, the user cannot easily identify or locate the exact uploaded file afterward.
Proposed improvement
- After the user clicks "Hochladen", display the uploaded file name directly below the button.
- Optionally, also display the full image URL.
- As an additional enhancement:
- Allow the user to adjust the filename before uploading.
- Or allow renaming the file after upload.
Expected benefit
- Clear confirmation of what was uploaded.
- Easier traceability in large asset libraries.
- Reduced confusion and search time.
- Better asset management and workflow efficiency.
Environment
- Feature: PhotoBuilder

Research direction
Start with the PhotoBuilder upload flow, focusing on what happens after the “Hochladen” action completes and how the uploaded image appears in the Photo Library. Confirm the desired scope for the filename, optional URL, and rename enhancements; done means the uploaded file is clearly identified immediately after upload.
