Description
I've _always_ wanted to build my own boat.
It looks like I will be _able_ to once I've purchased my Laser Cutter ... 😉

Key difference are:
+ _my_ boat is going to be _primarily_ a sail-boat with a _removable_ mast see: https://github.com/nelsonic/learn-cad-cam-cnc/issues/71 (_last image_)
+ I will laser-cut the _mould_ for the hull, but the _actual_ hull will be Fibre-glass because it's _much_ easier to maintain than plywood.
+ the base of the hull will be _full_ of batteries (_a **lot** of them_!) both for stability and propulsion.
+ the "deck" will be solar panels which will "trickle charge" the batteries.
e.g: http://www.beamled.com/100w-semi-flexible-monocrystalline-solar-panel.html

it will take a _`while`_ for them to charge off solar, but given that boats sit in the sun _all day_, and are used for only a few hours at a time, I think it should be "fine".
+ The motor will be _concealed_ like a "Jet Ski" i.e. _not_ an "outboard"
e.g: https://hobbyking.com/en_us/turnigy-aquastar-t20-3t-730kv-1280kv-water-cooled-brushless-motor.html

_Yes_, all of this will push the _cost_ above the "Rapid Whale", but it will also make a _much_ nicer _product_.
I can't _wait_ to have _time_ to do "fun" things ... 🙄
