Chore: prepare final compost bin to receive scraps

Description
We’ve run out of space in our other 3 compost bin boxes and have all three stainless steel bins full & waiting to be emptied:
# Todo
- [x] Drill holes in bottom of (previously used) storage box:
- [x] clean any micro plastics from drilling and dispose of in recycling.
- [x] Add base layer of garden waste (leaves)
- [x] seed with handful of earth worms 🪱 from other compost box.
- [x] empty contents of stainless steel buckets into newly prepared box.
- [ ] Rinse stainless buckets & lids then wash with soap in secondary sink.
- [x] Place new compost bin in shade and cover.
- [ ] Put empty+clean stainless buckets on pizza table ready for use.
