Glass Bottle Cutter

We have access to an untapped resource: unlimited glass (wine) bottles. 🍷

All we have to do is collect them from the venue where they get consumed. We'd be saving them the trip to the recycling centre.

So I'm considering building a wall featuring glass bottles. 💭

But to make them *useful* as habitat for birds & insects, we need to cut them open at the base.

So ... we need a glass bottle cutter. ✂️
