Description

We have been using our "Stick" welder #106 successfully for 18 months.
The "problem" is that it's very "rough" ... the welds never look great and require clean-up.
Miguel - our multi-skilled handyman - spends 10 minutes grinding down the welds for every 1 minute he spends welding. It feels like we are wasting a _lot_ of time ... ⏳ == 💸

We are going to be doing a _lot_ more welding in the near future for several projects.
So ... I'm thinking of getting a **_Gasless_ `MIG` Welder** - new machine/tool
which will result in _muuuuuuch_ cleaner weld joints and require less clean-up.

I've watched a bunch of YT videos already, e.g: https://youtu.be/TM8MDrZFz7Y

For me this makes sense _financially_ because of how much time Miguel is spending on weld joint grinding ... I estimate that he will spend a _whole_ day just "tidying" the welds on a single Bunk Bed. (which I'm expecting to have roughly 24 welds ...)
