Description

# Context

I'm trying to test if I can record the _highest_ possible quality video
from an `iPhone 15 Pro <` to _external_ media.
Hoping to record to `Micro SD` Card connected via `USB-C` micro dongle.

These are the _exact_ products I'm hoping to speed test:

The fastest available `Micro SD` (on `AMZN` at the time of writing)

Using the highest rated `USB-C` `Micro SD` reader: https://www.amazon.es/-/pt/dp/B0B52943TZ

My _reasoning_ for attempting this is that the `Micro SD` is **_extremely_ light** and even with the reader it's **`5 grams`**.
The spec _claims_ to allow `480 Megabytes per second` data transfer speed.
So I'm hoping the _reader_ won't be the bottleneck. 🤞

By contrast the lightest `USB-C SSD` is **`13 grams` and _considerably_ more bulky.

# Todo

+ [ ] Research if there is reliable Open Source software that can test the `write` speed of `Micro SD` via `USB-C` e.g. on `Mac` or `Raspberry Pi`
