Investigate Subtitles (Positioning) On Youtube for Video Translation

While _we_ may be used to seeing "_everything_" in English (_[observer bias](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Observer-expectancy_effect)_) the fact is that _most_ people in the world don't speak English _so_ we need to _plan_ for multiple language (_translation_) early to ensure we can `include` as many people as possible!

Also, let's not forget people who are _audio-impaired_ and _know_ (_how to read_) english but cannot _hear_ the sound in our videos ... i.e. this is ***super-important*** for ***accessibility***!
