Whenever I read/hear the word "**Modern**" my brain translates it to "***Shiny New Toy***".

This issue is explicitly a placeholder and says the project is not using Convex. No repository file, test, entry point, requested change, or completion criteria are identified, so there is no actionable starting point or verifiable definition of done.
