Description

When I was focussing on Fitness while living in LDN, I had a pair of `Sony` waterproof earphones.
e.g: https://www.sony.pt/electronics/walkman/nw-ws410-series
I use them often but didn't _like_ the experience. because:
a) they were **in-ear** (like wearing earplugs) and often slipped out while swimming; frustrating.
b) had to **load music _manually_** and had `4GB` space. the space wasn't a constraint. the playback was. the shuffle was garbage; would repeat the same song _often_ during a 20-40min swim. I got sick of the music. `#FirstWorldProblem` IKR ... 🙃
c) the **battery life** was ***terrible*** (had to charge every day) and the charger was fiddly (often failed)

They got in-the-way of my training rather than enhancing it.
At the time, I considered getting bone-conducting headphones, but the reviews weren't great.

Now (2025) the bone-conducting headphones are in their 8th generation

Unsponsored review:
+ Triathlon: https://youtu.be/XVn77nZ9X2k you can still hear your surroundings. According to Annie, the Bluetooth doesn't work so still can only listen to music and have to download it _manually_ ... 🙃
