Description
Thinking of getting a couple of these [Made by **`Sonos`**] **`IKEA SYMFONISK`** Speakers for the kitchen:
https://www.ikea.com/pt/pt/p/symfonisk-coluna-som-wi-fi-c-moldura-branco-smart-00485766/

The sound quality in my informal checks in the store was decent.
And the reviews online are that this is a very capable speaker with good **`base`**.
But the _reason_ I want to try a **`Sonos`** speaker(s) is: bluetooth sucks!!
We have a couple of [**`SoundLink Revolve II Bluetooth® speakers`**](https://www.bose.com/en_us/products/speakers/portable_speakers/soundlink-revolve-ii.html#v=soundlink_revolve_ii_black) in the house and the sound quality is _good_.
But as soon as more than 2 devices have paired with it, device management is _impossible_.
Concrete example. The speaker in our kitchen is paired to 5 devices (smart phones).
If any one of those devices is within Bluetooth range it will automatically connect when the speaker is turned on.
That seems like a _desirable_ feature on the surface / initially ...
But if you don't _want_ a certain phone (e.g. someone listening to a podcast in a different room but still within BT range) to be connected to the speaker, the only way to disconnect that device is to turn off BT on it!! That's bonkers!!
