In this (TedX) video Tara Reed describes how she built http://kollecto.com/ using ["Bubble"](https://bubble.is) _without_ writing any code. [blog post](https://blog.bubble.is/how-i-built-my-startup-kollecto-with-no-code-4a8d852b0a28#.cpw5xzizh)

Building software projects "_without writing code_" is not a _new concept_; there is a whole category of [_**Graphical user interface builders**_](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Graphical_user_interface_builder) which have been available since the mid-nineties. What is _relatively_ "_new_" is the user-friendliness of these web-based tools means that non-technical people with ideas can "build" their idea and _**test**_ something without hiring a developer.

So the **Question** is: Should we be _encouraging_ non-technical people to build their "Concierge MVP" using a tool like "Bubble" or even Google Forms/Sites/Sheets ?
