Identify keyboard layouts supported by Touch Typing Tutorials

I just recently came across **dwyl** and it seems like an amazing little hub of activity. 💜 The [Touch Typing](https://github.com/dwyl/start-here#touch-typing) section caught my attention right away, simply because that's a skill I've been meaning to learn for some time now.

Here's the thing: all tutorials listed there seem pretty solid, but, I can only use [Keybr](http://www.keybr.com/), as it's the only one that allows switching between different keyboard layouts. It's not even a matter of QWERTY/DVORAK: German, French and Portuguese keyboards, among others, have subtle changes in their layouts that make using either other tutorial ([Typing Club](http://www.typingclub.com/typing-qwerty-en.html), [BBC](http://www.bbc.co.uk/guides/z3c6tfr#zg8nsbk)) impossible.

So, maybe there should be some way to let people know right away which layouts are supported in each tutorial. Maybe using flag emojis (🇬🇧, 🇺🇸, 🇵🇹, etc.), but I'm not sure how widely supported those are. Anyway, it's a small thing, but one I would've found useful. 😊
