Yc just published this as part of their SUS lecture series. This one really hit home, and summarized a lot of the best advice I've received over the past year or so. Important topics like sleep, flow, diet, exercise, planning, iterating, and goes into theories of adult development (and that's just the first 20 minutes). It's all from the perspective of a founder.
