Description
I think the title is super-explanatory. @iteles and @nelsonic, I think this is you guy's specialty? Probably be useful to have a basic section on the whys and how of technical writing (screen-shots, annotations, gifs, technical graphics, etc) which would probably have to come first.
One of the ideas is that such resources will create more folk easily able to add to the READMEs.
