Description
I've started taking a free course which so far has been packed with a lot of good advice, while also doing a good job of framing several of the behaviors we associate with good work-life balance:
- Spending time away from the problem
- Forming good sleep habits
- Spaced repetition
- Pomodoro Technique 🍅
That's just the first week, the second and third will focus on "chunking" and procrastination.

They've scoped the intended audience very broadly, and the neuroscience is mostly told through metaphor (although the lecturers have some [impressive] [achievements] in their field).
