Need to investigate the format for sleep diary.
E.g: today:
Only fell asleep after 2am last night.
Woke up a few times in the night, because of noise. Got up 06:53 to go bathroom.
Trying to get a nap before now before the day starts.
Don’t feel at *all* rested.
