This is an _example_ of how Amazon, the e-commerce Giant with _Billions_ in Global Revenue does not have a Kaizen Process for the UX of their Customer-Service Email.
In a company with an "_**open culture**_" a (_reasonably competent and UX-interested_) customer could flag this issue and send them a Pull Request to update/improve the email template...
