Description
This is fast and reliable source of quotes, but not for my language. I propose a solution to create a files with translated quotes named with [ISO 639 Set 1 language code](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_ISO_639_language_codes) for example `quotes_fr.json` or `quotes_es.json`. Quotes will be translated gradually and additional quotes can be added for language,
