Description

# Why? 💭

Editing is one of the single most important ["transferable life skills"](https://github.com/dwyl/start-here/issues/178) a person can cultivate.
The skill of editing text goes _way_ beyond editing computer programming code.
It requires superior focus in _both_ reading, writing and developing the _muscle-memory_
to navigate and type _fast_ is the difference between being an _amateur_ and a **`master`**.

> _**Please Note**: I am **not** suggesting that advanced Vim skills are a prerequisite for achieving **mastery** in "creative technology". Nor am I **implying** that having Vim skills **automatically** makes anyone a master of any creative tech. **However** ... without **actively pursing** mastery in editing skills (in **your editor** of **choice** - which can be Vim/Emacs for Text, [Davinci Resolve](https://github.com/dwyl/video/issues/53) for Video or Blender for 3D drawing, etc.) you **will not** come **close** to **excellence** in your chosen field._

# What? 💻

Learn _everything_ I/we can about the Vim editor and _systematically_ catalog the knowledge so that other people can learn it _much_ faster.

# Who? 👤

Anyone who edits text and wants to do it _much_ faster.

# When? 📆

Now!

# How? 💡

Let's get _cracking_!
