Unable to create .travs.yml file in NERDTree

Description
While trying to create a new **`.travis.yml`** file using the NERDTree "Add a childnode" menu:
I get the following error message: **`NERDTree: Node Not Created.`**
Indeed the **`.travis.yml`** file does not get created and I had to _manually_ create it ...
Anyone **`else`** come across this issue and know how to _solve_ it?
