Description

## Why?

This is _probably_ the most important/useful skill any "_creative technologist_" has.
Knowing how to _speak_ to people ("_end users_") and get their ***feedback*** in a targeted and un-biased way is _essential_ for ensuring that what you build is "_the right thing_".

## What?

Speaking to people.

Found this video while googling: https://youtu.be/vQPSbO_3Ir0

> "_User Experience is what it **feels** like to use a product, system or service_" ... "_there's an **emotional** component_" ~ Colman Walsh UXTraining.com

Understanding & discussing their needs "_as a user_..."
If you already have a _prototype_ or a _real_ product, share it with them and _record_ their feedback!!

## How?

+ Questionnaires (_boring but still hugely relevant especially at scale!_)
+ Usage Pattern Analysis using "Analytics" Data.
+ Screen recordings https://github.com/dwyl/learn-user-testing/issues/1
+ App usage/demo video capture!
