Description
We already have a _static_ demo working on GitHub Pages: https://dwyl.github.io/learn-tailwind
And Tailwind [kinda] works with Phoenix on `localhost`:

The app name **tailwind** is available in the global Fly.io namespace: https://tailwind.fly.dev/
But I kinda feel like it's a bit unnecessary to hog it. What do _you_ think? 🤷♂️
