`WebKit` Web Push for Web Apps added to the Home Screen 🎉

This means `PWA`s "installed" to the home screen can send Notifications
including appearing on the lock screen and notification count badges.

This is both _very_ good news for _us_ because we want our `PWA` to be a first-class citizen.
_But_ it also means that other less savoury apps will have this ability ... 💭
