`Hetzner` Bill Silly High for Basic `Postgres` Cluster! 💸

The `default` `Postgres` Cluster created by `Autobase` includes **_two_ Load Balancers**:

And they are the "mid tier" which _each_ cost **`€16.40/month`**!

So instead of our bill being the expected `€20/month`, it's been `€50+` 💸
