zefyr rich text editing for Flutter applications

In the @dwyl app we want to allow people to capture their thoughts in "Rich Text" (_not just plaintext_). If we had infinite resources/time and could build everything from scratch we would because we it would ensure the code is fully tested/documented and specific to our needs.
But we don't have infinite resources/time so we _need_ to find existing solutions to problems.
