Description
Three reasons:
+ We want to have _control_ over where our data is stored for our Product Projects.
+ Heroku PostgreSQL Databases are _Silly_ Expensive:

+ Clients _want_ to be on a _specific_ hosting/service provider (_NHS wants **Azure**!!_)
