`PiHole` on `Hetzner`?

Description
I don't _notice_ that certain websites have ads because our `@home` network has a `PiHole` to nuke them!
But when I'm visiting family, I see them _everywhere_!!
So ... thinking of setting up `PiHole` on `Hetzner` https://github.com/dwyl/learn-devops/issues/97 (or other _cheap_ `VPS` provider) so that I _never_ have to see ads no matter where I'm working.
> **Edit**/**Note**: I've never played these time-suck "casual" games so I don't know why they are being pushed on me. 🤷♂️
> I play chess puzzles e.g: https://github.com/nelsonic/learn-chess/issues/13 which have _significantly_ improved my thinking and chess skills. But that's less than `T5m/day` and not a pointless time-suck game.
