Description
This might seem like a "Petty" reason _not_ to adopt a project, but the fact that Hyperledger uses JIRA for issue tracking puts me off ***big time***!!
By Contrast Etherium has: https://github.com/ethereum/web3.js
which is _totally_ managed/run on GitHub ...
