Auto-Sync Across a List of Repos ?

I **need** all the "***workflow labels***" to be **available** across **all projects/repos**
**so that** I can follow the steps in the contributing guide https://github.com/dwyl/contributing

At present the code in this project is designed for one-off synching.
That's good as an MVP and certainly saves time. ⌛️
However, as soon as a _new_ label is created, or the color/copy of an _existing_ label is _updated_ all the repos in the organisation need to be _manually_ updated ... 😞

I propose that we update the code in this repo be updated to allow for auto-sync such that when the labels are updated in the "Source" repository in our case _here_ the change(s) are _automatically_ propagated to all the other "Target" repos.
