GitHub Label Descriptions No Emoji ... 😞

While attempting to add a 🔥 emoji to the description of the **`BLOCKED`** label,
got the following error:

Description doesn't accept 4-byte Unicode
```

Lame. 🤦‍♂️
I wonder why they made this decision. 🤷‍♂️
It's not like having emojis in the description of a `label` would create a security attack vector ... 🤔
Emojis or `code` weren't allowed in `issue.title` until recently. :shipit:
Maybe it will be changed in the future. 💭
