Cement Mixer

We don't _need_ a cement mixer right now.
I'm opening the issue prospectively because I've been doing a _lot_ of "Concrete Research" and I want a place to store this so that I can come back to it. 👍

Also, it's occurred to me that the _reason_ the drain in front of the garage was clogged could have _something_ to do with several of the workmen pouring washing their cement mixers/buckets there and pouring their mix down the drain ... 💭 🤦
If we end up mixing cement @home we will need to (a) pre-clean the drain and (b) pour plenty of water down the drain when we are cleaning our tools post-mix.
