Description
As a gh-backup user,
I want to know when a comment has been deleted
So that I can see all the activity happening on github reflected on the backup app.
- [x] Catch webhook from Github for a deleted comment
- [x] Update the comment table with a new column to indicate if a comment is deleted (`deleted: true` or `false`). Default of `false`.
- [x] Add a `deleted_by` column to the comments table
- [x] Update the `deleted` column when a comment is deleted to `true`
- [x] Add the name of the user who deletes the comment into the `deleted_by` column
- [x] Update the UI when a comment is deleted to reflect the gh UI:
