There needs to be an explanation of the feedback process
It should cover the following:
- Clarifying that this is a form to provide feedback on dwyl as a company and is not appropriate to use to provide feedback on individuals
- What happens after you submit
- Is this truly anonymous? Does the app track IP addresses? Link to source code to show it doesn't?
- Clarification that the admin is currently me
- Does feedback stay in the system forever? Does it expire ever?
- Explanation of what private and public means
- Clarification that you are still anonymised when posting "public" feedback posts
